Estimating Department Manager
The Estimating Department Manager will work alongside and manage a team of estimators in the preparation of bids & proposals. Candidates for this position should have a proven record in estimating Hollow Metal, Wood Doors, Finish Hardware and Division 10 items by accurately interpreting plans and specifications. Candidates shall have experience managing personnel and the ability to close sales by furnishing an accurately defined scope and pricing based on plans and specifications. Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years experience in the Door and Hardware industry with minimum of 8 years experience in estimating and management. AHC is preferred but not required. Excellent computer skills and experience with an industry based software is required. Experience with Comsense DOS is preferred.
Project Manager
Project Managers are responsible for the total management of projects for Hollow Metal, Wood Doors, Finish Hardware and Division 10 items from post bid to closeout including preparation of shop drawings. Candidates must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a proven track record of consistently meeting project deadlines and logistical requirements to exceed customer expectations. A minimum of 8 years experience in the Door and Hardware industry with minimum 5 years in Project Management is required. Excellent computer skills and experience with an industry based software is required. Experience with Comsense DOS is preferred.
Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting Project Managers and Estimators with various duties. Candidates must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 5 years experience in the Door and Hardware industry is required. Excellent computer skills and experience with an industry based software, preferably Comsense DOS, is preferred.
